The primary duty of the CRM is to maintain and enhance current client relationships and develop new client relationships to help grow our company . The CRM will also handle all sales functions, recruiting and staffing of employees through various avenues. We prefer an individual with previous staffing company experience who excels at counseling, screening and interviewing applicants to evaluate proper placement, can perform new hire orientation and secure references for applicants. The right candidate will have high energy and enjoy multitasking and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
